I can't get sound on my video. What should I do?

If you can't get sound on your video, the first thing to test is that your microphone is on and your volume is turned up. You can test your microphone by recording a voice memo or using it in a separate  application, like Skype or Google Hangouts.

If you've confirmed that your microphone is working and your sound is turned up, please make sure that you have allowed your browser to access your microphone (normally by clicking allow at the top of the browser). Next, restart your browser and give it one more try.
