Why wasn’t I selected as a recommended candidate?
Candidates are only selected to be recommended candidates if they meet every criteria that the employer is looking for. It's possible that although you met some of the criteria that the employer was looking for, you did not meet all of them.
Even when you are not selected as a recommended candidate, the employer will still have access to your information and can choose to contact you if they think you are a good fit for the role.
If you were not selected as a recommended candidate, please don't be discouraged. Just because you were not the best fit for this particular job, it does not mean that you won't be a fit for other jobs with other requirements. We encourage you to continue applying to jobs for which you meet the criteria.
If you've applied to several jobs and you have not selected to be recommended for any of them, we suggest redoing your application. It's possible that something in your application - maybe a noisy background in the video or a glaring typo in an email - is holding you back. If you'd like to review and possibly redo your answers, please reach out to us at 1-888-458-7530 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
