FOR CALIFORNIA-BASED EMPLOYEES ONLY: For California State regulatory/legal compliance reasons, meal break (unpaid) total time must be entered in two places - in the “Break” field in minutes (which will deduct from total hours hours worked), and also in the "Meal breaks" section as seen in the image below.
FOR NON-CALIFORNIA-BASED EMPLOYEES ONLY: Meal break (unpaid) total time in minutes must be entered in the "Break" section as seen in the image below. The second "Meal breaks" section for California-based employees will not be visible and is not required.
